Penn State 博克斯 to host Creative AI Minds Challenge

WYOMISSING,爸爸. — Penn State 博克斯 is currently accepting proposals for the Creative AI Minds Challenge, an event for high school students, through April 22. 的 challenge is open to all high school student teams who aim to make the world a better place using artificial intelligence and machine learning, regardless of their technical skills.  

Students are invited to showcase their creativity and ingenuity in ideating AI-based solutions to local and global problems, ranging from social issues, environmental conservation, healthcare improvements, and enhancing education to solving logistical challenges, 等. 的 winning teams will receive 奖 up to $1000 in the form of gift cards, which will be equally distributed among the team members. 

Students will participate in the AI Designing Thinking Session on April 27, 10 a.m.–1 p.m. in room 247, Gaige Business and Technology Building. 的 Flemming Creativity, Entrepreneurship, and Economic Development Center (CEED) Center will organize the workshop and students will meet AI experts who can provide feedback and guidance.  

Students will also create a four-minute video and submit it by 11:59 p.m. 5月8日. Selected teams will then receive an invitation for the final round by May 11. 的 main event will be held on May 14, 6–8 p.m. at Penn State 博克斯.
